Nevada Mineral Rights  ·  Geological Services

We turn raw Nevada land into certified mineral estates.

Geo Mineral Science handles the geology, the permitting, and the certification — so you own land with documented mineral value.

What we do

Three disciplines, one defensible record.

We operate at the intersection of land law, field geology, and accredited assay — the three pieces that have to line up for a mineral estate to hold up to scrutiny.

01 · Rights

Mineral Rights Acquisition

We verify, separate, and secure mineral rights through proper title and county processes — so the conveyance is clean before any geology begins.

02 · Permitting

BLM Mining Claims & Permitting

Filed correctly and structured to stay inside the exploration exemption — without triggering reclamation bonds or surface-disturbance liability.

03 · Certification

Certified Geologist Reports

Gold and silver assay through accredited labs. Formal report authored and stamped by a licensed Professional Geologist — defensible documentation.

Why Nevada

A geological accident, still being inventoried.

Nevada sits across two of the most productive gold-bearing structural belts on Earth — the Carlin Trend and Walker Lane — formed by tectonic rifting and hydrothermal fluid migration that concentrated precious metals across millions of acres of surface and subsurface.

Most of that land has never been systematically assayed. Private parcels in particular sit on documented host geology with no certified record of their mineral content — a quiet, untapped value that the right paperwork can make legible.

The Process

From parcel walk-over to stamped certificate.

Five stages, no surprises. Each one is gated on the one before it — we don't move forward until the prior result holds.

  1. 1

    Initial Consultation

Review your parcel, assess mineral potential against regional host geology — no commitment, no charge, no obligation to proceed.

  2. 2

    Rights & Title Verification

Confirm the mineral rights status with county and state records, resolve any historical severance, and establish a clean chain of title before fieldwork begins.

  3. 3

    Field Geology & Sampling

On-site assessment by the lead geologist: mineralization mapping, structural observation, controlled sampling, and LiDAR survey of the parcel.

  4. 4

    Assay & Lab Analysis

Samples shipped under chain-of-custody to an accredited lab. Gold and silver fire assay, multi-element ICP, full quantitative results.

  5. 5

    Certified Report Delivery

A licensed Professional Geologist authors, stamps, and certifies your mineral estate — the document that turns a parcel into a documented, defensible asset.

The Team

Geology. Chemistry. Operations. One Team.

The GMS founding team combines 25 years of working Nevada mining experience with the operational and documentation capability sophisticated investors and institutional buyers require.

Pete Currington

Operations

Former COO of TruSteel Engineering. Organizes the assessments, the maps, the field work, and the documentation that produces a defensible certified resource. The operational backbone of every project.

Ken Currington

Founder & Project Lead

Former CEO of a pharmaceutical-grade engineering company with a background in chemistry and systems operations. Manages every engagement from initial site visit through certified report delivery. On location from project start to finish.

Ben Simoncini

Lead Geologist

Electrical engineer, geologist, and chemist with 25 years as an active gold miner in Northern Nevada. Owner of the Sunrise Mine — one of the larger placer operations in the region. Born and raised in this corner of Nevada. Knows where the treasure ground is because he has spent a lifetime walking it.

What you end up with

A mineral estate. Verified resources. Certified on every level.

Estate

A Fee-Simple Mineral Estate

You own the land, the mineral rights, the water rights, and the mining rights — completely and defensibly. No carve-outs, no shared royalties, no shadow encumbrance.

Documentation

Certified Documentation

BLM filings, accredited assay lab certificates, and a Professional Geologist-stamped report that holds up to institutional scrutiny.

Value

Documented Asset Value

A property that can be held for appreciation, presented for financing, or sold on the open market with verified mineral backing behind every claim.
